Nipple Vaporizer Manifold with Hexagonal Screw on BCG is a specially designed sub-component of the manifold assembly in anesthesia machines. The nipple vaporizer is made up of a high quality brass alloy material that has high strength and corrosion resistant properties which offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span and makes the product well suited for many medical applications. The mixed gas (N₂0, O₂) goes from the flowmeter outlet through the vaporizer manifold and vaporizer to the fresh gas outlet into the breathing system. The nickel layer finish has outstanding mechanical properties which adds to the products durability. The nipple manifold is fixed with O-ring that is made of a flexible copolymer, butadiene and acrylonitrile(NBR) material which acts as an excellent leak barrier for the manifold assembly. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well in to versatile customer needs. The assembly is RoHS compliant and approved for today’s safety standards.
