The Mylar Spacer Case Writer Kit consists of spacer and installation instruction manual. The spacer is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the spacer ensures a precise fit as per the requirement. The high grade hard coated polyester material used for the spacer has good mechanical properties like good tensile strength as well as good chemical and wear resistance, which ensures a long-life span for the component. The hard coated polyester film also offers high abrasion resistance with excellent receptivity to graphic inks and selective texture. The spacer uses adhesive transfer tape which provides higher adhesion strength than typical pressure sensitive adhesive systems. The acrylic adhesive used in the tape offers improved performance and durability. The tape comes with a poly-coated Kraft paper release liner. This linear helps to improve moisture stability. The installation manual provides stepwise instructions along with pictures for the replacement of the spacer.
