Labels are generally used to know the information or instruction for the system in a printed format. The material is made up of polycarbonate which is durable plastic and easily printable, and it is widely selected because of its cost benefits. It has excellent ink adhesion and easy to die cut. It also has good dielectric properties and can withstand for wide thermal stability range. MAC 5500 label is placed on the MAC 5500 machine for identification process. This label consist of machine name which is printed on the top corner of the label. Pressure-sensitive adhesive is used in this label. This is non-reactive adhesive which forms bond when pressure is applied to bond the adhesive and it does not require any external source to bond the label. The unique composition of the materials makes it flexible, and can be easily fixed and removed.
