A label is a piece of paper, plastic film, cloth, metal, or other material affixed to a container or product that contains printed information or symbols about the product or item. Labels provide various useful informations like product's name, certifications, approvals, origin, manufacturer, use, shelf-life and disposal etc. This label displays the information about medical equipment approvals from regulatory bodies such as UL, CE, Disposal as per WEEE directives along with the manufacturing location of the product, label part number etc. These informations are represented using specified universal symbols and text which are printed with Dark Steel Blue colored ink on a 0.007 inch thick subsurface printed velvet polycarbonate sheet with Munsell N8 Background. This label is 119 mm long and 16.8 mm wide. The label is die cutted with radius on top, bottom and edges which can be installed on the Patient Monitoring systems with its 3M 9471LE pressure sensitive adhesive back. The label shall be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
