The MP100 8 G SATA Flash Drive is a flash drive contains flash memory used for data storing and data transmission. It refers to Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) which is a serial bus interface used to connect with other hardware devices. The kit consists of SSD flash drive, strap disposable wrist and Field Replacement Unit (FRU) service manual. The SSD flash drive is a solid state drive provides with male connector. It have flash memory capacity of 8 GB and is 2.5 inch in size. Disposable strap is used in order to cover the hard disk drive. It is especially used in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected area and the wrist is designed for one time use. It provides reliable grounding. The FRU service manual contains instructions for assembling and reassembling purposes. This service manual is used to replace the unit and to verify proper operation of the device after reassembly.
