The Complete Plastic Display Housing Kit consists of labels, display cover and display trim. The AHA lead placement and IEC lead placement labels are subsurface printed in which the printing is done below the primary surface which provides protection for graphics against abrasion. The symbols on the labels are clear and perfectly scaled with respect to the label’s size. The adhesive used in the labels is a pressure sensitive adhesive which means no external factor like solvent, water or heat is required to activate the adhesive. The adhesive has excellent shear strength which minimizes edge lifting or slippage of labels. The display cover and trim are manufactured using high precision latest techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit in the required assembly. The inserts provided helps to securely attach the parts to the assembly. The plastic alloy material used for the cover and trim has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength and good impact resistance which ensures a long-life span for them. The parts are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the part.
