This Small Computer System Interface Cable is used with the LINUX systems of GE's PET/CT systems. This cable assembly comprises of a 50 Position-2 row male, micro ribbon connector at one end and a 68 position-2 row male connector at the other end. The connector contacts are gold plated which offers excellent conductivity, heat protection, enhance durability and the nickel body finish offers exceptional corrosion protection. The connectors are shielded and protected using overmolding which increase the flexibility at the cable exit and provide resistance to abrasion and shock. This cable assembly is properly insulated using polyvinyl jacket to resists electrical leakage and also protects the cable against environmental threats such as water and heat.
