The Table Top Control Knob is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the knob as per the requirement. The knob is made from high grade polycarbonate which has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength and good impact resistance which ensures a long life span for the plate assembly. The polycarbonate material also helps to make the assembly lightweight without compromising on the integral strength of the assembly. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The latest sub surface printing technology is used for the label. In this process the printing is done below the primary surface which provides protection for the graphics against abrasion. The symbol on the label is clear and perfectly scaled with respect to the label’s size. The adhesive used in the label is a pressure sensitive adhesive which means no external factor like solvent, water or heat is required to activate the adhesive. The adhesive has excellent shear strength which minimizes edge lifting or slippage of the label.
