The Air Filter Cabinet comes as a part of the radiography system. It is used for imaging method diagnosis using X-Rays. A stream of electrons produced by X-Ray tube is accelerated to high velocities by an external high-voltage supply and collide with the target anode in the tube. The beam formed is focused on the patient, and X-Rays emerging from the patient carry the image information which can be stored in a film. A collimator is provided to narrow the rays such that a parallel beam of rays is created which are aligned in a direction. The Air Filters are provided in the X-Ray units to prevent the air from obstructing the X-Rays, which, otherwise can create errors. The Air Filters are meant for ensuring precision and safety of the unit. The cabinet is a frame in which the filter is provided. It consists of a center support to provide a robust support to the frame. The instructions about the cleaning procedure are stamped on the sides. It is hard and strong.
