The Hydraulic Lubricating Oil is used in 3T Signa Architect, AW VolumeShare 4 (AW4.5) and MR Signa Optima HDxt 23 1.5T machines among others. One of the best ways to ensure a smooth running hydraulic system is to use the right hydraulic oil and keep it clean and dry. A lubrication reliability effort that includes selecting the right fluid and implementing the correct reliability best practices will protect metal surfaces from wear, leading to improved uptime, reduced maintenance costs, and longer lubricant and equipment life. The Flomite 530R oil is used for cooler, freezer and for ambient temperature applications. This oil has the right viscosity and is able to maintain its viscosity throughout its working life. Good hydraulic lubricating oil possesses the characteristics like high boiling point and low freezing point (in order to keep the liquid within a wide range of temperatures) and excellent corrosion resistance. The hydraulic oil is to reduce the mechanical friction between fixed and moving components. Flomite 530R oil is optimized with respect to these mechanical and thermal loads, so it has all the key ingredients for extending the life of the equipment.
