The Shoulder bolts are also known as stripper bolts, basically these are machine screws with an integral shoulder or journal between the head and thread. The shoulder on this bolt give it the versatility by acting as shafts or dowels for rotating items such as bearings and bushings, axles for rolling parts, guides for sliding elements, and pivot points or mounting pins. This bolt is made up of Delrin® (Acetal Homopolymer) material which is a crystalline plastic that offers an excellent balance of properties that bridge the gap between metals and plastics. It possesses high tensile strength, creep resistance and toughness. It also exhibits low moisture absorption, and chemical resistance towards htdrocarbons, solvents and neutral chemicals.
