The Reinforced Vinyl Lead Panel is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps it to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The panel is used in XR Legend 210 Analog, XF SFX30 MVP, XV Advantx LUA, XR Compax 40E, Unassigned MV, XF SFX90 Advantx XR Silhouette HF, XV Innova 4100, XR Optima XR200amx, XV Advantx LUC and many other products. The high dimensional stability of the panel ensures its perfect fit as per the requirement. The lead vinyl sheets are generally used where protection against X-Ray radiation is required. The high-grade material used for the panel has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures an increased life span for the panel. The high-grade material also helps to make the component light in weight without compromising on the integral strength. All the sides of the panel are heat sealed to the full lengths except the folded edge. The panel is free from burrs and sharp edges enhancing the safety aspect of the component.
