This 915 mm long CAT5 cable is designed for seamless communication from the sensor/actuator level to the Internet. This ethernet cable comprises of two 8 position, category 5 rated, shielded RJ45 plugs at the ends which are interfaced using 26 AWG, 4 twisted pair, bare copper conductor cable. The connectors have UL94V-0 rated polycarbonate housing and Phosphor bronze contact with gold plating which offers perfect conductivity and good corrosion resistance. The connectors are protected using hooded cable boots which provides good strain relief and protects the cable connection. Two 28.6 mm long ferrite core is also provided at the two connector ends which offers very good EM/RFI interference shielding. This ethernet cable is properly shielded to avoid the interference of unwanted signals, insulated using poly-vinyl chloride jacket which offers good flexibility, good abration resistance and good toughness. This ethernet cable comes with pre-labeled informations such as Manufacturing date, part number and assembling country name. This ethernet cable is compatible for use in the console rear bulkhead panel assembly of GE's PET/CT Systems.
