The Magnet Stand 1.8 Seno Essential CDRH is used as a diagnostic kit in seno essential CDRH which comes under the modality of Mammography. The Magstand cover is divided into 4 zones according to function of their impact that imperfections would have on Image quality, Perception of the quality of the part. The 4 zones are X-Ray area, Front-side area, Lateral sides, Rear side. If cleaning required, allowed cleaning agents are: ethyl alcohol, concentration 20-30%, or isopropyl alcohol, concentration 20-30%. Use soft flannel cloth together with cleaning an agent. Check that the cloth would be non-abrasing (would not make scratches). Take the necessary precautions not to scratch or leave stains on the Magstand cover during the inspection. Recommendation for the inspecting operator not to wear jewelry, no sharp objects on the chest side. Mandatory to use protective cotton gloves to minimize the need for cleaning of fingerprints. The Cover is not having any injection gates, vents, or ejector pins on top of the surface and also there are no holes for the essential covers. The essential Bucky and Magstand lock assembly is having compression piece, locking piece and slide piece. The baseplate is having spring pin, lock assembly, baseplate wedge part, lock slide cover, right and left sliding part, right and left rail assembly, essential Magstand lower cover, spring safety washer and screws. It is securely packed inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
