The Front Top Bracket and Lift Cover Innova 4100 is used in the interventional image guided systems and other Digital Imaging (DI) machines that are used for medical diagnostic purposes like Cardiovascular, electrophysiology, etc. It is used in the lifting arrangement of medical diagnostic equipment. The Lift Cover for Innova consists of a cover, cover top bracket and fasteners. The lift cover is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The lift cover is used in MR Signa Explorer D 1.5T, UL LOGIQ e, XV Innova 4100, UL LOGIQ P5 PREMIUM, XV Innova 4100, UL Vivid S5 and many other products. The polyurethane material helps to make the assembly light in weight without compromising on the integral strength of the assembly. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the cover as per the requirement. The cover and the bracket are made from high-grade materials with good mechanical properties, ensuring a long-lifespan for the components. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The fasteners are made from steel and are passivated ensuring high proof load capacity.
