The Flexible Plate Assembly consists of alveole, flexible plate and fasteners. The plate and alveoles are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the plate assembly as per the requirement. The plate and alveoles are made from high grade polycarbonate which has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength and impact resistance which ensures a long-life span for the plate assembly. The polycarbonate material also helps to make the assembly, light in weight without compromising on the integral strength of the assembly. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The adhesive used for the Phantom is specially designed for the polycarbonate material and has excellent bonding properties. The adhesive bonds are cured using ultraviolet light. The stainless steel fasteners have good proof load capacity and are free from burrs.
