This Battery Assembly consist of a lithium-ion battery and its assembly. This assembly is used to power systems in case of a power outage. Lithium-ion batteries are used in portable consumer electronic devices, because they have a high energy density property which makes them more suitable for devices that need a significant amount of power. All technology used with these batteries makes them less hazardous to the environment. Lithium-ion batteries last longer than conventional batteries and do not require replacement as often. This assembly includes 2 cells of 3.6 V each, connected in series. One side of the battery is covered with a high quality plastic cover which includes battery lock and release mechanism. This Assembly can be used with Vscan Access Ultrasound Systems.
