The Alignment Aperture Jig Prodigy is made up of 360 brass material. The slots and the holes in the alignment aperture jig is made by Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). The 360 brass material can be machined easily and it possesses resistance to corrosion and has good strength. The alignment aperture jig is used in the X-ray machines. This part also consists of two dowel pins and these dowel pins are made of stainless steel. The part will be free from any burrs, sharp edges, chips, debris, oil, or any other residues as it is made by wire cut Electrical discharge machining (EDM).
