The Test Port Plug, Male with Locking Nut is a luer type plug and often used in incubators. The luer lock only requires a quarter turn to connect and disconnect. They are a universal type connector, so any female plastic quick-turn coupler can connect to any male plastic quick-turn coupler, regardless of size or style. These fittings are easily attached with the premium connectors. All female ports may be used with either slip or luer lock connections. The 6% taper on the male provides a friction connection as a slip. Nylon luer fittings are components of a standard system to connect small diameter tubing with secure, leak-proof connections. Nylon is a strong, lightweight and flexible material resistant to solvents, oils, greases, petroleum products, fungi and molds.
