Nylon Flat Washers are washers that are strong, lightweight, and resistant to friction. These non-metal plastic washers offer considerable insulation properties and are resistant to corrosion. Nylon washers also reduce vibration and make it easy to loosen and tighten fastener assemblies. Nylon is also a non-flammable material that is non-toxic as well as weather resistant. Because the functionality of nylon includes anti-friction capabilities and it is the ideal material for washers that are used for fasteners. The washers are providing space between the fasteners to keep them tight. This washer is being used in Panda™ iRes Warmer machines. It is highly reliable, durable and efficient. This comes as a part of MIC Giraffe™ Warmer, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer and Panda™ iRes Warmer. It is safe and suitable for incubators/warmers where temperature varies regularly. It can be easily installed and uninstalled.
