This screw is a pan head screw with a its six point star design on the screw head. The screw is 3/8 inch long and has #6-32 UNC threads. This fastener features a (SEMS type) one-piece screw and washer assembly which results in a quicker and easier installations over a two-piece screw and washer assembly. Fasteners like these are known for their ability to prevent screw damage and enable the user to exert a high amount of torque damaging the product.The part is made of high quality steel material and is also zinc electroplated to enhance its corrosion resistance.
