The Label is made of polycarbonate sheet material, which gives good ink adhesion as well as transparent. It is made by using high precision technique, which facilitate good surface finish and aesthetic look. It uses the 0.002 3M 467 adhesive for good sticking to the required surfaces. This adhesive gives excellent performance on the various temperature ranges as well as excellent shear strength. The excellent shear strength is used to minimize the edge lifting and slippage of labels from the surface. This adhesive, even perform better after exposing to humidity and hot/cold cycles. The good mechanical properties of the material such as high toughness, impact strength, high tensile strength, all help provide a long life-span for the label. The high impact strength of the material provides the ability to absorb the energy during deformation. It also has good creep resistance which allows the label to resist the deformation under the influence of mechanical stress. This material offers excellent ink adhesion as well as outstanding abrasion resistance.
