The keyed bezel for 1.5T is manufactured using high precision latest techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures perfect fit of the bezel dash in the required assembly. The inserts provided within the part helps to securely attach the bezel display to the assembly. The bezel is made up of Lexan® #3412, 20% glass filled material, which is a non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant polycarbonate has an UL-94 V-0 rating and is available in various opaque color options. This injection moldable grade material offers high stiffness, which makes it best suitable for the application. The part is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the part. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs.
